DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION OF POLYESTER COMPOSITES

As a developmental supplier, we plan, design, manufacture and install products and systems made out of reinforced polyester for our customers and partners. We also provide consulting services and, down the line, all the necessary service support.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT OF A PARTICULAR PRODUCT FROM THE FIRST OUTLINE OF THE COMPOSITE IN THE FORM OF A 3D IMAGE ONWARDS (idea, 3D image, cutting – milling MDF boards, dyeing and then varnishing to achieve a high gloss, creating custom moulds etc.),
  • MANUFACTURING POLYESTER COMPOSITES in our own plant:

    • elements for vehicles,
    • elements for vessels,
    • other elements made to order,

  • VARNISHING POLYESTER PRODUCTS,
  • MANUFACTURING POOLS AND TUBS FROM POLYESTER (recreation pools or pools used in production – for example for storing, making sauerkraut or sour turnip, breeding trout or other similar purposes according to customer’s needs),
  • CLADDING CONCRETE POOLS IN POLYESTER (in any desired colour),
  • other related services according to customer’s desires.

REPAIR OF ALREADY EXISTING POLYESTER COMPOSITES

Even though polyester materials have a long life span, they can expectedly suffer specific damage to polyester composites if the products are used on a daily basis (most often cracks and other physical damage to the material will appear as a result of violent impacts or collisions). Various breaks, cracks or chippings need to be repaired as soon as possible, otherwise the damage can spread due to different mechanical impacts, which can consequently quickly jeopardize the functionality of the entire construction.

As this kind of wear is normal, PoliesterPlast offers you repair and reconstruction services of all sorts of polyester systems and composites.

Repair services are at all times carried out in accordance with the specific desires of each individual customer. Reconstruction services can take place at our plant or elsewhere, for example on location requested by the customer. If fast repair is of key importance, we will adapt to your needs to the best of our ability.
