The comprehensive quality management approach is considered to be efficient for establishing good cooperation among employees in a particular organisation.

Comprehensive quality management namely motivates and stimulates employees to cooperate on every level of a particular production process – consequently employees contribute more and more to the constant quality improvement.

Quality improvement of end products and increased efficiency of a particular organisation are most easily achieved within a system where employees make use of critical self-control and thus monitor the quality of their work on their own. It is particularly important that the employees are appropriately motivated for their work and that they undergo constant trainings in order to further extend the acquired knowledge and skills.

The nature of work in the production plant requires the following characteristics from our employees: responsibility, attention to detail, and manual dexterity. Positive work ethics and willingness to help customers are also of key importance for a successful working environment among employees of PoliesterPlast. Our team is consistent and sticks together, because we are interdependent within the production process and our fields of work are closely intertwined. We regularly organise team buildings and strive to develop the potential of our employees on a daily basis.

For the same reason we principally organise the trainings of our production staff on our own, because we believe that this way employees can learn the ropes of the entire production process most efficiently (through a practical and theoretical demonstration of work). Such training has proven to be of great value for both the employee and the company.
